GIFTED Healthcare is now hiring a Little Rock Account Manager to work with our Little Rock division to improve client relationships and seek out new opportunities for growth.

Here are the ways you will contribute to GIFTED Healthcare:
- Establish long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent and meaningful communication
- Contribute to and participate in meeting the annual goals of GIFTED Healthcare
- Develop and implement strategies to help close client offers
- Communicate and negotiate offer details and bill rates with clients
- Generate plans to ensure profitable margins for the Little Rock division
- Motivate, train and support recruiting team with client specifications and expectations
- Support GIFTED Healthcare team members and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Skills for Success:
- Sales or other related account management experience required
- Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
- Self-motivated to be successful in a goal oriented environment
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
- Strong computer skills and efficient in Microsoft Suite
